WARNINGS!!! (Common issues that prevent getting access.)
1. If the associate's user ID is not listed then your facility may not use the Global Reporting Tool (GRT). In this case just select your facility number and the option to manually enter the user ID will be available.
2. If the requestor or approving manager doesn't have outside email access then get with your local DP/Systems team to set that up before submitting.
To check for outside email access go to the address book. Search for the person being checked then double click on the entry and click on the E-mail Addresses tab. They must have an email address that ends with @wal-mart.com to have outside email access.
3. If the requestor doesn't get a confirmation email after submission then either the wrong Walmart User ID was entered for the requestor or see 2. In either case you will need to do another submission.
4. If the approving manager didn't get the approval email then verify the manager's User ID in the requestor's confirmation email. If wrong, submit again. If your manager's User ID is correct then confirm with that manager they didn't get the email and then forward your confirmation email to LSIAdminTeam@walmart.com for support.
5. If the approving manager's User ID isn't listed then the manager isn't in the Global Reporting Tool (GRT) as a manager which is job code 000000000. Contact your QA or HR management to have them updated in GRT.
